BOGAN MOTHS (2020) (Animation - in development)
A 3D animated comedy series made up of 8 X 5 minute moth-isodes.
Set within a feuding, low-income community of Bogong Moths, these disparate characters spend their days hidden, and their nights, well, wasted. Their insatiable desire, light. But some resist. They believe it is the reason for their demise and diminishing reputation. Others just can't help themselves. Most, don't care.
A young teen struggles to navigate the floating drug world of the west, haunted by a familial past and an unknown future. A lone wolf comes to his defence, but it will take more than friendship to survive.
Selected for Berlinale Talents Short Film Station, Slamdance & Arclight Emergence 2020, Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival 2020
